RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for sharing and distributing Web content, such as news headlines and blog entries. Using an RSS reader, you can view data feeds from various sources, such as news sites and blogs.

When you subscribe to RSS feed of a Blogabet member using an RSS reader, you will receive the picks directly to your desktop as soon as they are available.

No need to browse for picks all day long. Simply subscribe to your favourite tipsters and let RSS do the job for you!

How to use RSS? How do I get an RSS Reader?
Wednesday, January 04th, 2006 23:12[ A ]

In order to be able to receive RSS Feeds to your desktop, you need a program called RSS Reader. There are many free RSS Readers available on the net.

It is however very important that the RSS Reader you install on your computer is free of adware, spyware and viruses. That is why we recommend the free RSSOwl reader. It is certified clean and is available for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating systems in more than 30 different languages!

N.B. If you already use either Opera browser, Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail client or Safari browser for Mac, you don't need a separate RSS Reader, as these programs already have built-in RSS reader functionality.
